Made-to-order furniture is designed for those looking for a more personalised, design-led way to furnish their home. Each piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed, allowing you to choose from a range of finishes, materials, dimensions, and design details to suit your space and style.
This approach is ideal for anyone seeking bespoke, high-quality furniture that feels considered and individual to their home.
Because each item is made to your specifications, made-to-order furniture requires a longer production lead time, reflecting the craftsmanship involved in producing a piece tailored to you.
Delivery Time
6-8 Weeks across the TWILS collection.
Delivery Options
We offer an option of three delivery services for larger items:
- Free - Delivered to the nearest external ground‑floor access point (no steps). Assembly and packaging removal are
not included. - Lite (149CHF) - Delivered into the room of your choice. Assembly is not included.
- Platinum (299 CHF) - Delivered into the room of your choice with full assembly and complete removal of all packaging materials.
For added convenience, packaging removal and disposal can be arranged with Free and Lite delivery options for an additional CHF 45.
Returns & Order Changes
All TWILS pieces are made-to-order and therefore non-returnable.
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it by contacting us at help@milola.ch.
After this period, orders are already in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the bespoke nature of the product.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
